Commit To Be Fit — Level 2

Admittedly, I had trouble keeping with the Level 1 workout schedule (been working out every other day as oppose to every day), but for the days that I do exercise, I do it in the morning when I wake up and at night right before I sleep.  Happy to say that I’m already seeing results!
